Wordly AI Translation & Captions Sponsor

Wordly provides real-time translation and captions into dozens of languages and thousands of language pairs for attendees at in-person events. Wordly is powered by AI and does not require human interpreters or special equipment - making it faster, easier, and more affordable to use. Output options include translated audio, subtitles, transcripts, and summaries, and attendees can also access same language captioning. Attendees access Wordly with their mobile phone or computer, can select their preferred output language, and whether they want to read captions or listen to audio. Your sponsorship will provide attendees with access to these valuable tools. Exhibitor Maximum Exposure Package $5,500

Exhibitors, maximize your exposure to conference participants by investing in the Exhibitor Maximum Exposure Package. You can triple your visibility, highlight your brand to ARM attendees, and have staff attend the full conference.

This package includes one standard 10’x10’ pipe and draped space (excludes carpet, electricity, furnishings, etc.), one (1) tower banner ad on the ARM conference website, one (1) push notification in the mobile app and one (1) complimentary full registration to the ARM conference.  

Booth Package

Includes 10’ x 10’ pipe and draped space (excludes carpet, electricity, furnishings, etc.).Two complimentary exhibitor registration passes that allow entrance into the exhibit hall and any functions within the exhibit hall only.

Decorator and Drayage Services

Information and rates for rental of booth furnishings, carpet, special sign services, cleaning, electrical orders, and shipping will be sent to all exhibitors by the official exhibits contractor.

Cancellation Deadlines: Prior to March 20, 2026, AcademyHealth will refund the space cost for any cancellations received in writing, minus a $250 service charge. After March 20, the exhibitor forfeits the entire amount paid.
